Delivery Areas
We deliver plants Australia-wide except to Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory, and Tasmania due to plant quarantine restrictions.
Dispatch & Carriers
For the highest quality and freshness, plants are typically posted on Mondays only. This helps reduce the likelihood of plants sitting in transit or warehouses over the weekend. Orders are sent via reputable couriers or Australia Post.
Delivery Timeframes
Most customers receive their plants within 2–4 business days from posting when sent via Australia Post.
Delivery times may vary depending on location. Delays caused by couriers or weather conditions are outside our control.
Delivery Requirements
- A physical street address is required for all plant orders
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes
Plant Care During Transit
Plants are carefully packed to ensure safe transport. Upon delivery, please:
- Unpack plants immediately
- Water as required
- Place plants in a suitable environment
While every effort is made to ensure plants arrive in good condition, we cannot be held responsible for delays or damage once plants are in transit.
Delivery Issues
If your plants arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can assess the issue.
